DBT Therapy

DBT is a highly effective form of therapy that combines elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with mindfulness-based practices. It was originally developed to treat individuals with borderline personality disorder, but has since been shown to be effective for a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse.

Our DBT process is designed to help individuals develop skills to manage intense emotions, improve their relationships with others, and gain greater control over their thoughts and behaviors. Our therapists are trained in both individual and group therapy, and will work collaboratively with each individual to create a personalized treatment plan that meets their specific needs.

Individual therapy sessions focuses on helping individuals develop specific skills to manage their emotions, cope with stressors, and improve their relationships with others. Group therapy sessions provide a supportive environment for individuals to practice these skills with others who are also working on similar goals.

Our therapists are committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment, where individuals feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working towards their goals. We strive to provide evidence-based, compassionate care that empowers individuals to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
